Resolved: Problem with loan due date and unauthorized payment
- - Compensation could be better.
- - Wrong due date caused a missed payment.
- - First payment date couldn't be changed.
- - I won't use them after this loan.
First of all they could do better with compensation. I've gotten loans before and never had a problem with anything.
I was told the wrong due date inwhich caused a payment to be not paid because they took the money out of my account 2 soon. I tried to get another payment date but due to it being the 1st payment it wasn't possible. It just caused a big mess. I want be using them after this loan is payed off.
I would like to thank t g em for this opportunity for their loan services.
But I see why they change people so often. Sneaky goings on.

They are going down with money all 3 employees doesn’t work there anymore after I had insurance and tried to get my account paid off they sent it to collection I was never late
I had a national disaster and had insurance; they don't want to pay the account off or speak to me. They say everyone is in a meeting or out of town.

Inquiry about charging my account
- - I have no account with this company; funds were taken for the fourth month.
- - They said it could be another customer with a similar number; I will call my bank.
I dont have an account and this company so how taken funds out of my account for the fourth month. I have spoken with representatives at this company and confirmed that I do not have any accounts with them and have asked how did they get my bank account information and they told me it could be another customer has almost the same bank account number. Im highly pissed and will be calling my bank today to have this issue resolved immediately.

- - The loan from Heights Finance in Sept 2023 is secured by a car title.
- - Payment date changed; draft occurred, rent bounced, and application was denied.
I had taken a loan from Heights Finance on Sept 2023 with my car title as a collateral. I was in good standing for making payments with them and was wanting to get cash out from the account.
I had changed the payment date from March 29 to April 5 because of my rent that was late. They drafted the money out of my account anyways causing my rent payment to bounce. Since they took my payment, I was thinking this will be my good chance to get cash out. So the branch manager advised me to make another payment which I did and to call back to reapply.
Few hours later he tells me there is an alert after applying and starts to make a big deal about my mother's name being on the title. The next day he calls me back and tells me that the application was denied because of my credit???
It was the point that corporate office he works for are the ones who purposely denied my application after they lied about the refinancing part. My landlord filed an eviction on me all because of Heights Finance Corporate office who are a bunch of deceitful liars and thieves.

Settle this account
- - I needed a settlement letter to settle this account and have tried customer service and collections to get it, but I'm not sure where to go next.
Still the same issue they said they sent me an offer letter which is a lie. I haven’t received anything from them.
I asked them to resend they said they can’t do that. I don’t under understand if you sent it out before why can’t you resend.
It’s going over a month now dealing with this issue. I wish someone could help me out and get this letter.
I needed a settlement letter to get this account paid in full.I have tried everything to get this settlement letter. Customer service, collections and even collections. Im not sure where to go to next.

- - A computer decides refinance eligibility.
I've been with this company for years and up until just recently have I had trouble with the service and the women at this company. I've tried to renew my loan and was unsuccessful even though I have not missed a payment.
They keep telling me that the computer makes the decision on my ability to refinance and no one seems to care. They treat me like I'm bothering them when I call.
And I don't appreciate it. Please use another loan company if you can.
